On-the-spot diagnosis & treatment right in your home
Direct access to Afton, your pediatric nurse practitioner, for questions while your child recovers, 7am-9pm
One complimentary Telehealth follow-up, if needed
Free rapid strep or UTI testing during your visit, when appropriate

Medication dispensing: We offer in-home dispensing for many commonly prescribed medications at an affordable price. Electronic prescribing to your preferred pharmacy is also available.
Rapid point of care testing: Point of care testing for common illnesses such as strep, flu, covid, mono, and UTI’s available for an additional $25.
Hospital Grade Suction for infants with nasal congestion for additional $40 to cost of medical evaluation - helps them breathe better and prevents unnecessary emergency room visits.
Fever, cough, sore throat, ear pain, rash, runny nose, pink eye, UTI, vomiting and diarrhea: quick diagnosis and treatment to get your child feeling better fast.
Minor wound and laceration repair: professional treatment for minor injuries in the comfort of your own home at an additional charge depending on wound care needs.
Asthma flares, pneumonia, and bronchiolitis (some exclusions apply): effective medical evaluation and care for common acute respiratory issues.
Re-evaluations $125
Sometimes your child doesn’t improve the way we would expect and symptoms worsen, requiring a medical re-evaluation of the same acute condition within the first 7 days of diagnosis. We offer in-home medical re-evaluations when this occurs to provide peace of mind and additional treatment if needed.
